Q: Do you make ready made dolls?

 A: Yes, I try to make readymade dolls at least once a month. I usually announce restock dates on instagram, our newsletter and the website home page.

 

Q: How big are your dolls?

A: Our original dolls measure 18 inches tall but each individual dolls measurements can be found in the doll descriptions.

 

Q: Do you make custom dolls to look like my daughter/son?

A: Of course! Custom dolls are available to order in the made to order section on the website. As soon as a custom doll is purchased I send dolly options to choose from via email. The options include skin colour, hair colour, hair styles, outfit choices and hair accessories. 

 

Q: I’ve seen a doll on the website but would like to change the skin colour and hair colour, is this possible?

A: if you send me an email at Hello@whimsyforest.co.uk or use the contact us page with the doll you would like and any changes, I will see if that is possible and get back to you.

 

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: All dolls will take around 3-4 weeks from the day you order. Readymade items (ready to adopt section) will be sent within 1-3 working days. 

 

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: Yes! All dolls sent internationally are sent tracked so we can keep an eye on your order whilst she travels overseas. 

 

Q: I need my dolly for a birthday. Will I receive it in time?

A: If you need your order for a specific date please leave the date in the notes section at checkout so I can get it to you in plenty of time. If you need an order before 3-4 weeks please email me at hello@whimsyforest.co.uk before placing your order so I can check I can get it to you in time.

 

Q: How will my order be sent?

A: All orders are sent via Royal Mail. Uk orders are sent 1st class signed for and usually take 1-3 working days to arrive once dispatched. 

 

Q: How do I clean my dolly?

A: Dolls should be spot cleaned only. using a clean cloth, warm water and a little soap pat your dolly clean and let her dry naturally
